For a building permit you will need the following:

title search showing land as a single and separate
V. Detailed
drawing of porches, decks, stoops & steps
We supply the approved house plans for a fee of
$1,760 dollars. A foundation plan showing the
foundation and any other structure such as decks,
porches and garages can be drawn by a licensed architect
or engineer, or you can contact us for an architect
who will draw necessary prints at an additional charge
of approximately $1,900

All contracts require non-refundable deposits for
ordering plans.

Expenses
A. Crane
fees are included in all base models offered, however
customized homes with additional units, seasonal
restrictions (available daylight), or unforeseen
weather conditions can require a second day crane
and set crew expense. Average cost for a second
day crane and crew is $5,000 to $6,600 per day.
B. Locations
east of West Hampton will incur an additional expense
of $900 to $1,100 dollars.
